Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your WildFile account and all associated data at any time. This applies to accounts created in the WildFile mobile app or on this website.

How to request deletion

Email hello@wildfile.co.uk with the subject line "Delete my account", sent from the email address linked to your WildFile account. We will delete your account and confirm by reply once complete — normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address and display name)
• All photos you have uploaded
• Your Dex entries, catches, badges, XP and progress
• Your friend connections

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not retain any personal data after deletion; anonymised, aggregated statistics (such as overall species catch counts) that contain no personal information may be kept.
